Wow factor: Miley Cyrus left little to the imagination in a sexy outfit at the Billboard Music Awards

She found fame as a Disney star but since leaving Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus has been determined to be seen as an adult.

So the actress and singer wore a very grown-up outfit to last night’s Billboard Music Awards.

The 19-year-old defied her teenage years and sported a jacket-like creation from Jean Paul Gaultier that left little to the imagination.

The white outfit bared Miley’s slender legs as she posed on the red carpet.

The star also decided to forgo a bra and showed a lot of skin with the help of a plunging neckline.

Defying her teenage years: Miley teamed the grown-up ensemble with voluminous hair and smoky eye make-up

The LOL actress stuck to a neutral colour palette and teamed her designer dress with a pair of black and white striped peep-toe heels.

If the outfit wasn’t sexy enough, Miley styled her caramel tresses into bouncy, voluminous waves and chose smoky eye make-up with lashings of pink lipgloss.

The star kept her accessories simple and sported a few chunky rings on her fingers, as well as chain necklaces.

The gong went to rapper Wiz Khalifa, and Miley gave the delighted star a big cuddle as he accepted the trophy.

Wiz thanked his ‘beautiful fiancée’ Amber Rose in his acceptance speech.

Miley is currently in Las Vegas for the event after taking a trip to Miami with her mother Tish earlier this week.
