The 31-year-old looked relaxed and comfortable on holiday in Mallorca this week.

She showed off her new physique in a Bond girl-style white bikini, and sipped champagne as she lounged around on a yacht off Mood Beach with her family.

Kerry, who was staying at the Lindner hotel, appeared in far brighter spirits than she has done in recent months, and seemed full of energy as she skipped about the boat.

At one point she playfully sprayed her daughters Molly and Lilly-Sue with a hose while they sat in a motor boat.

She clearly had a fantastic time- and was keen to let fans know that her children had as well.

She announced to the world that she had undergone the drastic cosmetic surgery procedure while appearing on a celebrity cooking show.

But Kerry Katona has revealed that despite having a tummy tuck, she still hates her body and is very self-conscious about it.

The reality TV star went under the knife in May after admitting that she hated the saggy skin on her stomach after having four children.

But as she showed off the results of the operation in a couple of sexy swimsuits for a magazine shoot, she said she hated posing for the cameras in the beachwear.

Speaking to Now magazine, she said: 'I feel extremely uncomfortable and really unhappy taking my clothes off in front of people.'

Talking about the decision to have to cosmetic procedure, she said: 'My stomach skin used to hang down.

'I had a scar from my Caesarean there anyway so they cut over it. Honestly, underneath these clothes it’s just scars, scars, scars. I look like a noughts and crosses board!

'I’ve had four children, which means there was loads of loose skin because my stomach had stretched so much. No matter how many sit-ups I did it wouldn’t go.

'I got tired of tucking my extra skin in my knickers. It was like having an extra toe that shouldn’t be there.

'I had to get it removed.

'But even if I had no scars I’d still look in the mirror and think, "Oh God, I hate myself. I hate my body".'

Kerry has been seen working out in her local parks and participating in boot camps but says she doesn't want to lose any more weight, just tighten up.

She said: 'I don’t want to be a celebrity promoting skinniness. I know I’ve had a tummy tuck, but it wasn’t to lose weight. I was 10st the last time I weighed myself, but I think I carry it well.

'It’s hard. Not everyone can be a Victoria Beckham and get their body back quickly. Not everyone can afford a personal trainer. I can’t!'

But she admitted that she was going to go under the knife again after she took part in Dancing On Ice and she lost a lot of weight on her bust.

She said: 'I was going to have another boob job, but I decided I didn’t want implants again. Luckily, I put a bit of weight on and my boobs have started growing again. I’m a 34E now.'

She also spoke to the magazine about recently splitting from her boyfriend of nine months, Steve Alce and admitted she got scared of the commitment.

She revealed: 'Steve’s a beautiful person inside and out. The kids loved him. I’ve probably made the biggest mistake of my life.

'But I just want to be on my own. I’ll be honest with you, I felt responsible for him. He was devastated. I’m nearly crying now because he’s a lovely guy. I can’t fault him – he wasn’t a cheat, he wasn’t argumentative. We even spoke about marriage and kids.

'I’m tired of looking after other people. I’ve got so much to deal with – money issues, solicitors, tax. I couldn’t carry him as well. The sad thing is he’s madly in love with me.'

Just last week she was pictured taking to the stage at Birmingham Pride 2012 with an embarrassing crimp hair style and looking a little fuller figured.

However, Kerry Katona has since given herself a miraculous make-over and she looked back at her best as stepped out in Essex, last night.

The 31-year-old looked sultry in an all black outfit that showed off her slim figure and great legs as she headed into Funky Mojoe bar, in South Woodford.

The former Atomic Kitten member debuted her longer hair last month via her Twitter page and said: 'Feel like I'm back in the kittens lol xx'

The pictures showed off longer hair extensions which was a significant change from her previous look - a bob which she had styled both straight and curly.

She later added, 'Omg my hair is soooo long!! Love a change xxx'.

It wasn't just Kerry's mane that was in good shape, the mother-of-four looked svelte in her short black dress which she teamed with a pair of peep toe heels and a small clutch bag.

The curvy star ironically chose Essex to show off her extensions, but none of the TOWIE cast, who are well known for their fake hair and tans, were around to appreciate her look.

After enjoying herself in the bar, the blonde star headed home and didn't appear to be worse for wear at all, as her stylish look appeared the same.

Her outfit last night was a million miles away from the messy ensemble she had previously been seen in when performing in Birmingham.

Kerry had pinned back the top section of her long blonde waved hair into a quiff and wore the rest down.

When she shot to fame as one third of hit pop group Atomic Kitten, Kerry Katona looked like a typical popstar with her long blonde hair.

But as she has matured, Kerry has experimented with a variety of looks, including brown hair and most recently a blonde crop.

However, now, the 31-year-old star is harking back to her popstar days, reliving her youth by swapping her short hair for long extensions.

'You weren’t even in my life then and didn’t know how messed up my head was! Rather than judge, why not give me a helping hand instead? I’m a lot more grown up than I used to be and I admit I was very silly.

'Last time I saw Jenny I had a wonderful time with her. She’s in a really good place with a lovely new man and a wonderful son so there should be no problem with us.'

She's famously battled her weight over the past few years, yo-yoing from a size six to a 14.

But today Kerry Katona showed off her newly slim figure outside the ITV studios after undergoing an £8,500 liposuction procedure earlier this month.

The mother-of-four drew attention to her toned body in a pair of tight leggings and a figure-hugging vest top as she posed up for photographers.


And there was certainly no sign of the 'pocket of skin' on her stomach which Kerry had gone under the surgeon's knife to remove.

Kerry revealed in her OK! magazine column last week that she had decided to have the lipo and a 'tightening' procedure of her stomach, legs and bum at the Hospital Group clinic.

She wrote: 'Right now I'm high as a kite on painkillers because I'm recovering from a tummy tuck.

However, Kerry's weight loss could soon take a hit as the star has been working hard filming a celebrity special of Channel 4 show Come Dine With Me.

While it has not been revealed who Kerry will be on the show with, she will have to prepare a feast for around three fellow celebrities in the hope of winning a charity cash prize.

'I can’t reveal who else I’m with yet but I’m cacking myself because I can’t cook and I’m not even allowed any help from anyone.

'I have a chef coming over to teach me a dish in case it all goes wrong. And I’ll have beans on toast as my back-up plan!'

Just three and a half years after undergoing £15,000 worth of surgery, Kerry Katona has had more liposuction.

The reality star revealed she had a secret liposuction operation last month and tiring of the sagging skin around her stomach.

Despite her fitness regime and dieting over the past few years, the 32-year-old found she couldn't do much to improve the elasticity of the skin around her midriff.

She writes in her OK! column: 'Right now I'm high as a kite on painkillers because I'm recovering from a tummy tuck.

'No matter how much weight I lost, I couldn't get rid of a pocket of skin that hung like a kangaroo pouch.'

Last week, the former Atomic Kitten singer spent £8,500 on lipo and a 'tightening' procedure of her stomach, legs and bum.

Weighing around 9 1/2st when she went in for surgery, Kerry is hoping she will lose 1 /1/2 stone taking her to her goal weight of 8st and giving her 32C-26-34 measurements.

After giving birth to four children, like many mothers of large families, Kerry struggled to try and reverse the actions pregnancy had done to her body.

She caused controversy when she first underwent liposuction in August 2008 to get rid of her baby weight because she had only given birth to her son four months earlier.

Although she had lost 2st following Maxwell's birth in April 2008 and had recently been made bankrupt, MTV footed the bill for her surgery, which took the 5ft 3 star from 12 stone to 8 stone.

As well as liposuction, she also had her 34GG breasts reduced to a 34DD.

But by June 2009, she had piled back on two of the six stone that she lost.
But by February 2010, she was back to a size 10 and 9st 3lbs after enrolling at boot camp.

She kept up the good work all year and in December released her fitness DVD Kerry Katona Real Fitness.

In January 2011, she underwent a non-surgical treatment called Mesosculpt to get rid of her stretchmarks.

Last October, she revealed she had gained a stone while in the Celebrity Big Brother house, complaining she looked 'fat', despite being a size 10.

In January this year, she revealed she piled on the pounds again over Christmas, but managed to lose a stone following a post-holiday detox, leaving her tipping the scales at 9st 4lbs.

She said: 'After having four kids, I’m not confident about my belly. When Max was born in 2008, I was offered liposuction for a TV show - and I think I’d have it all if I could get it for free.

'In the past few weeks, my arms have become super toned. I feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger... but I still hate my stomach.'

She admitted she wanted liposuction 'if I could afford it'... but it appears now she can.

Kerry Katona's boyfriend Steve Alce already knocked her back when she proposed twice during Leap Year.

And after watching his girlfriend wearing a bright pink wedding dress on This Morning today, you couldn't blame him for wanting to run a mile.

Fortunately, Katona wasn't seriously trying on the dress for size, she was simply modelling the flamboyant creation for a TV segment on My Big Fat Gypsy Weddings gowns.


As regular contributor on This Morning, the mother-of-four was asked to model a large strapless gown designed by Thelma Madine - known for her over-the-top wedding dresses for the travelling community.

Former Atomic Kitten star Katona, 32, ended up trying on a 9 1/2 stone pink number, which she admitted made her feel like Barbie.

Katona also compared the dress to the one worn by Katie Price at her 2005 wedding to Peter Andre, which has inspired many traveller weddings in the popular Channel 4 documentary series.

She uploaded a photo of herself wearing the dress on Twitter, writing: 'What do you think guys? Is it me?'

Katona revealed last week how she had proposed to Alce on holiday in Dubai last month.

The couple have been dating since October and he moved into her Surrey home a few weeks ago.

However, Alce turned her down when she popped the question - twice.

'But he didn't respond and instead just made a joke of it, even though I was being sincere.

Alce has a 14-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son from a previous relationship.

We think it's fairly safe to say that Kerry Katona is a woman in love.

Just a couple of days after gushing over her new man during their first holiday together, the reality TV star was snapped all over Steve Alce as they enjoyed their romantic break.

Looking curvy and sexy in a red polka dot bikini, Kerry, 31, couldn't tear her eyes - or her hands - off the artist as they relaxed on the beach in Dubai.


And the feeling was very much mutual as he too seemed completely smitten with the former pop star as they strolled hand in hand and larked about - amid much kissing - in the sea.

The couple are staying at the Royal Meridian resort on their first official holiday as a couple since they started dating in October.

But they could have been on a remote island in the middle of nowhere as they looked completely oblivious to the world around them.

Alce declared that Kerry was 'my world' which prompted her to write that she loved him and in return he said: 'I love you too! I've had the best holiday ever with you!!!xxx.'

New woman: Despite saying she hates the word 'diet', Kerry Katona has lost one stone in the last month


While most people have broken their New Year resolutions by January 2, Kerry Katona has embarked on a fitness regime to lose a stone in just one month.

Although she may have had a headstart by kicking off the detox before 2012, she has done an incredible job not to let the diet slip and said she gorged just twice over Christmas.

The mother-of-four revealed she gained an uncomfortable amount of weight during her summer stint on Celebrity Big Brother, continuing to gorge on bread and cheese after her time in the house.


Despite looking confident posing in a blue bikini and nude platform heels for Closer magazine, Kerry said she would still opt for a tummy tuck if she could afford it.

Although she has already been under the surgeon's knife for liposuction, a breast reduction and a breast lift, the former Dancing On Ice contestant is willing to have another go at a nip/tuck.

She said: 'After having four kids, I’m not confident about my belly. When Max was born in 2008, I was offered liposuction for a TV show - and I think I’d have it all if I could get it for free.

'In the past few weeks, my arms have become super toned. I feel like Arnold Schwarzenegger... but I still hate my stomach. If I could afford it, I’d have a tummy tuck.'

But Kerry should be rewarded for losing her excess bulge the healthy way with an intensive four-day session at GI Jane Boot Camp, where she shed an incredible 2lbs each day.

On her return home, she continued to work with her trainer Liam Lonergan which helped her drop from a size 10-12 and weight of 10st 4lb to a size 8–10 and around 9st 4lb.

She said: 'I pigged out on a massive Christmas dinner, but I was good for the rest of the day. Luckily, I’ve never liked mince pies or Christmas pud.

'My boyfriend [artist Steve Alce, 33] was there and everyone got on really well and then on New Year’s Day Danielle Brown [Mel B’s sister] came over and cooked up a delicious lunch.

'They’re the only two days I had off from my detox!'

The 31-year-old, whose weight has yo-yoed in the past and at her biggest was 12 stone, added: 'I was eating loads of bread and cheese – that’s why I put on weight.

'I’d gained a stone, but going to boot camp gave me the kick up the bum I needed!”

In 2009, Kerry shrunk to a tiny size 6-8 and weighed just 8st 5lb through over-exercising.

But her new petite frame was too unrealistic to manage and she gradually gained weight again.

This time, Kerry insists she can keep off the weight as her focus is to be healthy, not skinny.

She said: 'I was extremely thin because I was doing a lot of exercise. I kept it all off up until last August before I went into CBB.

'But the difference now is I’m exercising because it’s good for my brain, it makes me feel good.

'I don’t exercise because I want to be skinny, although the upside is you do look better.

'With Liam, I did lots of boxing and some really tough work with kettlebells, which are a killer!'

Kerry added: 'Being healthy is manageable as long as you’re in a routine. You need to eat little and often – but I don’t like the word diet.

'2011 was a massive turning point, personally and career-wise. I’m proud of the struggles I’ve overcome; hopefully I’ve helped men and women going through bankruptcy, divorce and all that!

'I’ve turned down doing another reality TV show and I feel like I’ve got my life back - and, more importantly, I’ve got my private life back.

'I’m out of bankruptcy, my divorce is finalised and I have custody of kids, what more could I ask for?'

Reports today have claimed that the reality TV star had to call the police after a woman called her manager to tell him she had seen Kerry getting changed through the window.

And speaking to the Mirror, Kerry said the 'American lady' had also been calling her non stop for weeks.

She said: 'I was getting dressed and there was a phone call to Max's company from this lady saying she'd been watching me getting changed.

'So I panicked and called the police. But this woman has been annoying us all for weeks now. At the end of the day I've got four kids, live in a big house and have to take this sort of thing seriously.'

Kerry said this was the first time she had felt scared about a stalker but added that it wouldn't get her down, adding: 'I'm finally getting my life back on track and nothing is going to stand in my way.'

Speaking today to the Mail Online, Clifford said this woman, believed to be called Stella, was known to him as she calls his office every day, 'sometimes ten times a day'.

He said: 'She's just a very sad lady. She's been phoning my office about two months now, sometimes 20 times a day.

'She's a lesbian who claims that she and Kerry are destined to be together, she wants to meet her, she thinks she can help her.

'Sometimes she calls and just plays Atomic Kitten down the phone or gets her mother to call us pretending to be her agent.

'We won't put her through to Kerry, obviously, but if she is watching her, then you get a bit worried about people like this. We have told the police, they are aware of her.'

Kerry, 31, was first stalked in December 2009 when a fan kept showing up at the Cheshire mansion she shared with ex-husband Mark Croft, after she befriended the woman on Facebook.

Kerry complained to police and a month later, the woman was warned to stay away from her.

Meanwhile, Kerry, who was crowned Queen of the Jungle when she won I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here in 2004, has been reporting on the show for This Morning during the recent series which ended last week.

But she said returning to the show after her now infamous appearance in October 2008, when she appeared to slur her way through an entire interview with Phillip Schofield, had been hard.

She said: 'I was nervous about returning and thought Philip would be looking for me to slur. It feels like a real turning point being asked back and proving myself.'
