Not to your taste? Suri Cruise looked unimpressed with her cupcake as her mother Katie Holmes took her on an evening treat run last night in New York

She's often seen indulging her sweet tooth with cupcakes and other saccharine treats.

But it seems that last night Suri Cruise was less than impressed with her choice of cupcake as her mother Katie Holmes took her on an early evening treat run in New York.

The six-year-old was seen scrunching up her face in distaste after taking a big bite of the chocolate cake.

However, whatever caused Suri's disgust soon passed and the youngster was later seen merrily tucking in to the treat.

As Suri and her mother headed out in Manhattan last night, the little girl looked cute in her patterned white dress, which she teamed with her favourite fur coat and silver metallic pumps.

She even highlighted the colours in the cute summer dress with light blue nail varnish.

Meanwhile, Katie dressed down in jeans, a loose beige jumper and similarly-coloured cardigan as she kept a tight grip on her little girl.

The pair's trip to the bakery came after Katie was forced to deny that she's pregnant with her and Tom Cruise's second child together.

America's Star magazine claimed that the 33-year-old actress was 'struggling to contain the news' and 'couldn't wait to be a mother again'.

However, both Katie and Tom reps have released a statement slamming the report, stating it to be completely untrue.

'She is not pregnant. It’s [a weekly magazine report]. Why would they be a credible source. It’s the same publication she sued last year and won,' they said.

And for now, anyway, Katie and Tom have their hands full with little Suri.

As Katie and Suri arrived at the bakery in the early evening hours, the six-year-old was seen carefully cradling her doll in a pink blanket.

Your turn! But Suri then handed the doll and blanket to her security guard, focusing her attention on the cake

Bending down on the pavement, Suri wrapped up the doll in the blanket before carrying it as she was led along by her mother.

But later on, Suri appeared to be bored of her toy, giving it to one of the waiting security guards to carry as she concentrated on her cupcake.
