Celebrating: Charlie Sheen celebrating reaching a settlement with Warner Bros over their Two And A Half Men dispute on a day out with ex-wife Denise Richards, their daughters Sam and Lola and baby Eloise

Charlie Sheen has settled with Warner Bros over their dispute surrounding Two And A Half Men.

The 46-year-old actor, who was seen celebrating with his ex-wife Denise Richards at daughter Sam's soccer game yesterday, initially sued the production company for $100m for wrongful termination.

And while no cash settlement details were released, last week it was reported that Sheen may make up to $125 million over the next few years through the settlement, and would also be receiving a lump sum of $25 million.

An official statement read: 'Warner Bros. Television, Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties.

'The pending lawsuit and arbitration will be dismissed as to all parties. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality over the terms of the settlement.'

According to celebrity website TMZ, Sheen would also get five times that amount due to syndication rights for the hit show over the next 7-10 years

It was also claimed he would receive the extra $100 million because he has starred in 180 episodes of the show.

The settlement between the parties stems back from January, when Warner Bros. shut down production of Two And A Half Men, so Sheen could seek treatment for substance abuse issues.

When they refused to start the show again after Sheen declared himself ready to return, the actor blasted Warner Bros. and the show's creator Chuck Lorre.

The studio later fired him because he was 'engaged in dangerously self-destructive conduct' and unable to perform at an acceptable level.
