With her gorgeous figure, she's just about the best advertisement for her own lingerie collection imaginable.

So it's no wonder that Kelly Brook took it upon herself to slip into her New Look underwear range for the seductive promotional campaign.

And as well as showing off her stunning curves, the 32-year-old has shared a few tips on how she maintains her timeless sex appeal.

Embrace those curves! Kelly doesn't approve of minimiser bras, preferring to 'push 'em up!'

She told Now magazine: 'I don't like minimiser bras. I think girls should embrace their curves - push 'em up! Lacy French knickers that accentuate your waist flatter us curvy girls.'

Clearly something of an enthusiast, Kelly divulged that she has collected Agent Provocateur underwear since she was 19, wears Victoria Secret bras, and boasts a colourful array of Costella thongs.

Naturally Kelly was keen to promote her own wares, adding: 'I have the whole collection I've designed for New Look too - it's so comfortable to wear and looks super-sexy.'

The Ultimo model confessed that like screen siren Marilyn Monroe, she prefers to sleep without pyjamas, wearing only a spritz of her own signature scent, Fracas.

She added cheekily that in the winter she might sneak on a pair of her boyfriend Thom Evans' socks, but for lounging Jack Wills pyjamas are hard to beat.

In terms of keeping herself in model condition, Kelly shared a few of her own tricks.

Less is more: Kelly confessed that like screen siren Marilyn Monroe, she prefers to wear nothing in bed but her signature perfume

She explained: 'My regime is: walk everywhere, have regular steam room sessions to get rid of toxins and find a good water. And plenty of sex - it's a great cardio workout!'

'My secret to instant sex appeal is confidence and being with someone who makes you feel like you're the only girl in the world,' she added.

To maintain vitality during the winter months, Kelly advised exfoliating and a St Tropez tan or Sally Hanen Airbrush Legs for a healthy glow.

Modelling designs from her lingerie collection for New Look, Kelly Brook oozes sex appeal doing what she does best.

But the stunning model complains that, had she been able to concentrate on acting rather than trying her hand at everything from modelling to presenting and designing, she could have been giving Oscar-worthy performances.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Kelly opines: 'I often think if I had been better at focusing on one thing exclusively I'd have had an acting career like Kate Winslet or a career as a top dancer.'

Keeping it natural: Kelly doesn't approve of people in the public eye who talk about the work they've had done, and says celebrities who have plastic surgery should 'shut up about it'

Bringing some warmth to the winter months: To keep her summer glow all year round, Kelly exfoliates regularly and applies either St Tropez or Sally Hanen Airbrush Legs

Kelly, who has made her mark in Hollywood in such films as Piranha 3D and stars in the upcoming Keith Lemon movie, adds: 'In many ways I've gone with what people want me to do rather than what I want to do. I am changing that now.'

For now, Miss Brook is happy to discuss her lingerie range, which she reveals she designed with curvy girls in mind.

'I can't bear the fact that girls these days think you have to be thin to be beautiful and successful,' she says.

'I'm not thin. I don't starve myself. I don't look at my face and body and think I need surgery or a boob job or a bum lift.

'It makes me very angry when women in the public eye talk about what work they've had done, because it makes other women feel devalued.'

Despite her fame Kelly reveals that her family are less than dazzled by her showbusiness life.

'My brother's in the Armed Forces and he's off to Somalia and places like that. He does something really meaningful.

'What am I? I say, "I've just been with Ant and Dec!" and my family are like, "Whatever." They look at me and just carry on chatting. It's no big deal.'
