A vision of the future? Mark Wright appears to have piled on the pounds and aged somewhat as he films an advert for the third series of The Only Way Is Essex with fiancée Lauren Goodger
Throughout the first two series of The Only Way Is Essex, Mark Wright has been seen putting down his best friend James 'Arg' Argent, criticising his weight and fashion choices.
But it looks like the reality's show producers have given wedding singer Arg a chance to get his own back in their vision of an alternative TOWIE future.
Dressed in a fatsuit and prosthetics on his face to given him a double chin, an overweight Mark is confronted with his more successful friend Arg driving a Ferrari.
'Now who's the chubby one?' After being criticised herself over her weight by Mark in several episodes, Lauren gets to have the last laugh
Although his fiancée Lauren Goodger had barely aged at all, Mark was covered in wrinkles.
And it looked like he was now the obedient husband instead of wayward fiancé as he was known in the last series, and was carrying a baby's nappy bag while Lauren pushed a pram with the couple's fictional twins.
Filming on location in High Beech, Essex, yesterday, Mark looked like he was in his element showing off his acting skills.
It's not real: Mark shows off his prosthetic belly inbetween takes
He appeared to be happy to cover up his toned physique, while Arg landed the best role in the ad - driving a slick black Ferrari.
The appearance of Joey Essex and Harry Derbidge confirmed both would be back for the show, with the current list of who would be returning for the upcoming third series still not known.
Despite the suggestive photos, Wright wasn't giving too much away on his Twitter page today: 'Morning all. Filming something special 2day with the gang.'
'Oh my God, did you used to be Mark Wright?' The couple bump into Harry Derbidge
That's better: Mark shows off his real body while his friend Arg looks comfortable in his pyjama bottoms and T-shirt
