Struggling: Kerry Katona has spoken about her body image issues while posing for a new shoot in Now magazine

She's just split from her latest boyfriend Stuart Nuttall after a short-lived romance.

And now Kerry Katona has revealed she's terrified she won't find another man, because no-one else will want her.

Kerry made the heartbreaking comments in a new interview, in which she discusses her body image issues and reveals she has gained a stone since appearing on Celebrity Big Brother.

She told Now magazine: 'I can’t see myself getting into a relationship again.

'The thing is, I still don’t love me. I look at my stretchmarks and think, "No one’s going to want me."

'I need to lose weight. I’ve put on a stone since BB – I’m a size 10 now. Look how fat my bum is. It’s awful.'

Weight gain: Kerry, seen earlier last week, has gained a stone since appearing on Celebrity Big Brother

Kerry, who has previously had liposuction and breast implants, added that she is too frightened to go back under the surgeon's knife to regain her figure.

She said: 'I want a boob job. My breasts look horrendous when I take my bra off. I had Botox last year but I’m too scared to do anything else.'

Kerry, who poses in a sexy white outfit for the pages of Now, also revealed that her ex-husband Brian McFadden, with whom she has two daughters, asked her on a date earlier this year.

The reality TV star said she was asked out by singer Brian just after his split from Delta Goodrem in April.

She said: 'I’ll be honest with you, he did text me a few times after they split. He said he wanted us and the kids to go for dinner.

'The girls would’ve loved that because they aren’t old enough to ever remember seeing us in the same room together.'

But Kerry said that the reunion never ended up happening because he started dating Irish TV star Vogue Williams.

She said: 'He was in Ireland for six weeks and ended up getting a new bird. So he didn’t see me or the kids.'
