Me and my girls: Myleene Klass Tweeted a beautiful photo of her eldest daughter Ava, 3, and week-old baby girl Hero
She's an avid Tweeter and had kept her fans and followers notified every step of the way through her second pregnancy.
So it came as no surprise when Myleene Klass decided to make her new baby's debut on her Twitter page.
The TV presenter posted a beautiful photo of herself and baby Hero Harper Quinn on her page this afternoon, with her eldest daughter, three-year-old Ava Bailey snuggled up beside her mother and her little sister.
And she captioned the photo, which was taken by her partner Graham Quinn, with: 'World meet Hero, Hero meet world! One whole week old today! (Dads the official photographer!)'
Her followers were quick to respond with their best wishes, such as 'gorgeous', 'congratulations' and 'she is too cute!'
And Myleene responded: 'You guys! I am completely and utterly overwhelmed by all your kind msgs for my family. Thank you so very much.'
The former pop star, 32, gave birth to Hero last Friday, who weighed 6lb 2oz.
Hero has its origins in Greek mythology, as the name of the tragic lover of Leander and was a priestess of Aphrodite, whose lover Leander would swim across the Hellespont to visit her in her tower.
Working mum: Myleene Tweeted a picture of herself recording her Classic FM show the day before she gave birth to Hero
After Leander drowned while swimming to visit her one stormy night, the grief-stricken Hero threw herself off the tower.
Hero was also the name of a character in William Shakespeare's comedy Much Ado About Nothing, portrayed by Kate Beckinsale in the 1993 film adaptation.
And ever the busy bee, Myleene was working right up to the birth, and even pre-recorded her radio show on Classic FM the day before.
And on her way into the studios she joked that she may go into labour on the tube.
She wrote on Twitter: 'Sitting on the tube munching on a pack of Rolos. This is the life... A timely arrival would surely flummox them (London Underground).'
