Relationship on camera: Katie Price has admitted questioning her four-year marriage to Peter Andre during an appearance on This Morning
Appearing on This Morning today, Katie Price wasn't interested in dissecting her recent divorce from Alex Reid.
But in what is becoming something of a habit, she was all too happy to muse about her marriage to Peter Andre.
The glamour model made some surprising comments to hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, seemingly questioning her entire four-year marriage to the Australian singer.
Questions: The model and Australian singer's marriage was played out on several reality series
'I look back and think, "oh my god was it even a relationship?",' the 32-year-old said.
Miss Price, appearing to promote her new reality series which premieres tonight, was discussing one of her favourite subjects of late: How she has withdrawn her children from the public eye.
The reality star stopped short of admitting it may have been harmful to feature the children on her shows to begin with, saying it was only now, that they realise that they are 'famous' that she wants to give them a chance at a normal life.
Asked about previously showcasing her children on camera, Katie opined: 'I was with different management at the time.
'My whole life was about photoshoots.
'There's no rule book': The model was defensive when asked about moving on with new man Leandro Penna, who accompanied her to the interview
Katie was previously managed by Can Associates before and throughout her marriage to Peter Andre, but parted ways with the company in a bitter fallout when she split from the singer, 38, in May 2009.
'I look back and think, "oh my god was it even a relationship?" It was all cameras and photoshoots. It's wrong to have a relationship based on that,' she said today.
While Katie muses over her past relationship, her ex appears frustrated over her willingness to discuss him in interviews.
In an interview with OK! magazine this week when he was quizzed over Alex Reid's claims that Peter still loves her, he replied: 'I absolutely don't. She knows I've moved on. I wish she could too.
He added bluntly: 'We'll never be together again.'
On This Morning Katie also became defensive when grilled on 'moving quickly' with new man Leandro Penna.
Hands on: The 25-year-old Argentinian is the one who wrote on Katie's Twitter that she 'loved him,' according to Price
'That's my life, you only live once,' she said. 'There's no rule book. I'm happy. I think my life's really fun. I'm a happy girl.'
She revealed that it was actually Leandro who wrote on Twitter that she 'loved him' last week.
'Leo wrote that, not me,' she confirmed. 'But I haven't got a problem with it, they express things differently.'
She also refused to go too far into how she felt about seeing herself and Alex Reid argue in early episode of the series, which were filmed before their split.
the breakdown of our relationship.
'It's sad what happened. Obviously we both had issues with each other that couldn't be resolved. So it is what it is.
'We are going through a divorce. I hope we can remain friends.'
