Wide-eyed: Miranda Kerr has revealed that she uses a spoon to curl her eyelashes
After applying a coat of mascara she pinches her eyelashes between her thumb and the piece of cutlery to achieve the desired look.
Miranda, who gave birth to son Flynn last year, says that motherhood has forced her to rely on quick fix beauty solutions.
'You can curl your eyelashes with a spoon if you don’t have an eyelash curler,' she told BellaSugarTV.
Miranda, who has previously extolled the benefits of coconut oil and Tahitian Noni Juice, also revealed that rosehip oil helps give her skin a natural glow.
Available from most health and beauty stores, priced at around £15, the oil has long been recommended as a remedy for healing scars, pits and other skin blemishes.

Budget beauty buys: Miranda has revealed she uses a spoon to curl her eyelashes, rosehip oil to boost her complexion and a body brush to get rid of dead skin after showering
'Now being a mother I don’t have as much time to spend on my skin.
'And I like to wear rosehip oil at night. It’s full of that many antioxidants and it really works on a cellular level too to rejuvenate the skin.
'I put that on at night and I wake up glowing,' she said.
The oil which is used commercially and produced in Chile is extracted from seeds of a rosebush which grows wild in the southern Andes.
Miranda, married to Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom also endorses a brand of rosehip oil through her KORA Organics range, stocked in Australia, which she says has a particular blend of ingredients designed to give the optimum care for skin.
Writing on her blog for KORA Orangics.com, she said: 'This is without a doubt, a product that every woman should have in her handbag and one that I will continue to use throughout my life.
'I use this under my moisturiser of an evening and as a makeup remover around my eyes. I also use it more frequently if my skin is particularly dry at any time.'
And to keep her body feeling silky smooth, she uses a body brush to get rid of dead skin after showering.
'It’s a dry brush, you can get it from the health food store and you brush your body with it. It makes your skin super smooth.'
Miranda is currently starring in a new campaign for Victoria's Secret lingerie.
