Time to celebrate! Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden changed into pretty cocktail dresses for the Britain's Got Talent after-party

They both went for full-on glamour for last night's hotly-anticipated Britain's Got Talent final.

But not content with just one stunning outfit each for the night, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon both switched up their looks to attend the show's after party at the Dorchester Hotel.

The pair stuck to similar colour palettes and styles, but opted for shorter, more playful cocktail-style variations of their dresses for the show.

Amanda, 41, wore a lovely structured white number, with a relatively high neckline balanced by a completely bare back.

A stiff fanned skirt made a pretty contrast to her fitted twenties-style ensemble for the show, and showed off her toned legs.

The former Cutting It actress wore the same sparkling silver platform heels that she'd chosen for the programme, which teamed well with the white dress.

Surprise in store! When Amanda turned around she revealed a stunning cutaway back

Short and sweet: Amanda's pretty flared skirt and cinched-in waist made for a lovely silhouette

Proud of mum! Amanda's six-year-old daughter Lexi was every bit as excited as her mother

Chiffon chic: Alesha again opted for a transparent skirt, but wore a fitted slip underneath to protect her modesty

Not to be outdone: The gorgeous pattern on Alesha's dress was just as effective from the back, teamed with her floaty skirt

Amanda created a pretty overall shape with a thick silver studded cream belt cinching in her waist.

The star chose to keep the same pretty curly bob hairstyle which she wore for the show.

Amanda tweeted on her way: '@wwwLoveLemonade they will be seen shortly! Wearing a different frock for our party. But same sparkly shoes! X'

Alesha, 33, meanwhile wore a gorgeous sleeveless black number with a semi-transparent chiffon skirt- with a shorter fitted skirt underneath protecting her modesty.

The upper half of the dress was embellished with a lovely gold and silver pattern, and she teamed the dress with elegant gold peep-toe heels.

Alesha carried a delicate black and silver bag with a thin gold chain.

Both ladies wore stunning full-length gowns for the show itself.

Amanda, 41, looked stunning in a glamorous, beaded J'Aton Couture fishtail gown with capped sleeves.

Triumphant winners: Ashleigh and Pudsey looked justifiably delighted after their victory

Came second: Opera singer Jonathan still looked as though he'd had a fantastic night

She teamed the intricate-designed gown with We Love Lemonade high-heels and H Stern jewellery.

However, her co-judge Alesha Dixon, 33, was going for a very different look in an edgy Marios Schwab corset dress

The unusual ensemble, from the London designer's Spring/Summer 2012 collection consisted of a blue sequinned corset with sheer black material covering the singer's arms and legs.

Furry friends: Ashleigh and Pudsey appeared to be bonding with someone in a dog suit

Showed up to celebrate: Warwick Davis, his wife Samantha and their two children Annabel and Harrison all looked pleased with the night's result
