On the hunt: David Beckham has teamed up with adidas for their new Take The Stage competition
David Beckham has teamed up with rapper Wretch 32 to lend his face to the promotion of the Adidas Take the Stage campaign.
Along with cyclist Victoria Pendleton, gymnast Louis Smith and diver Tom Daley, Beckham stars in a new advert for the for the Team GB Olympic kit makers.
Wretch 32 provides the soundtrack for the commercial.
Looking for new stars: Adidas is searching for talented young people for challenges sponsored by stars in their fields
Beckham is seen looking admiringly at a newspaper story of a rising football star, while basketball pro Derrick Rose is impressed by a video of one hopeful shooting hoops.
Future designers are seen posing in their personally designed sports gear.
The Take The Stage challenge, backed by cricket star Kevin Pietersen and comedian Keith Lemon, gives 32 youths to collaborate with some of the most successful people in their field.
Favourite food: Famous pie lover David is served a helping while he reads the paper
Soundtrack: Wretch 32 provides the music for the commercial, rapping about young people achieving their dreams
Giving hopefuls a shot: A potential music star could win the chance to open for Wretch 32 on his UK tour
The ad debuted tonight on ITV during the Britain's Got Talent ad breaks.
The challenge, which opens on April 14, gives young people the chance to enter different competitions based around certain fields which they hope to be successful in.
Aspiring photographers can win the chance to accompany David Beckham on a shoot.

Took part: Comedian Keith Lemon has lent his name to the cause
The winner will meet David and have the chance to photograph him and work with him in the studio.
They will also receive £500 of adidas clothes.

A potential music star could win the chance to open for Wretch 32 on his UK tour.
